Ordering Information

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Americian Express, Discover, Paypal or Google Checkout. Shop throughout our store and place the items you wish to purchase into your shopping cart. You may change the quantity of any item in your shopping cart, as well as remove it completely at any time. When you have completed all of your shopping, simply fill out and submit the online order form including your credit card number and expiration date, plus all the necessary billing and shipping information. You will then receive an order confirmation number to which you can refer. Sales tax is charged on all orders shipping to the state of Florida. Please note that tax is computed at the state level when placing your order, and tax will vary depending upon the county you are shipping to. To redeem a coupon, simply click on the coupon link provided or enter the coupon claim code during the checkout process. Coupons are redeemable for one time and one purchase only, and may not be combined with any other offer. Coupons cannot be applied to previously placed orders.

Shipping Information

AmphoraFragrances.com provides fast, cheap, and trackable shipping. Orders of two of more fragrances will be shipped for FREE. This does not apply for any of the “Body” products offered by AmphoraFragranes.com. If your shipping and billing address information do not match what your Credit Card company has on file, additional time may be required to verify your address. Orders that cannot be verified may be canceled. Please note, for international shipping outside of the United States customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. You must pay charges for customs clearance. Unfortunately, Amphora Fragrances has no control over these charges.

Most shipments are sent by way of USPS. The following rates apply (handling charges included):

Order Cancellation

To cancel an order you have placed with Amphora Fragrances, you must contact customer support through our contact form. Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it hasn’t left our warehouse. When contacting customer support please provide your name, contact information, order number, and reason for cancellation. Please note that if the item has already been packaged and has left out warehouse then the order cannot be canceled. In this case you will have to request to return the item for a refund. Please see our return policy for more information. If you have any other questions, please contact a customer service representative.

Order Tracking

We process most orders within 1-2 business days Monday through Friday. Tracking information will be emailed to you when your order leaves our warehouse. If you have not received your tracking number(s) within 4 business days, please contact us. Too see the status of your order, visit our track order page. We ship all packages via trackable methods such as UPS, DHL, FedEx, or the USPS. You will receive tracking numbers and methods via email the day after your package leaves our warehouse. To insure timely delivery, packages are sometimes split up and shipped separately; you may receive multiple packages if there are many items in your order.

Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied when you buy fragrances online. If you are not 100% happy with your purchase you may return the product to us for a refund within 30 days of your purchase. You MUST contact customer service first to receive a return authorization number before sending back packages. Only unopened, undamaged packages will be refunded. The cost of the fragrance(s) less a 15% restocking fee and shipping fees will be refunded once we confirm receipt in our warehouse.

Return authorization is required.Contact us Returns sent with no RMA number will not be refunded. Contact us prior to shipping your package back. Please specify your order number, first and last name, and the reason for the return. We can only refund shipping costs and void the restocking charges if the return is a result of our error. Returns must be shipped directly to the AmphoraFragrances.com warehouse via a preapproved shipper.
